• Viewing your account balances
• Viewing your recent transaction activity including images of cleared checks and deposit tickets
• Moving money between your PCNB accounts
• Viewing your recent statements
• Downloading your recent transactions into Quicken and Quickbooks compatible formats for easy budgeting

For a more secure method of paying your bills, use our online Bill Pay feature to quickly and conveniently pay anyone you need to. Features include:

• Create a person to person payment to pay any individual
• Pay any business with a mailing address within the United States and Puerto Rico
• Set up recurring payments 

 

Banking from your phone just might be the easiest way to bank yet. Once you establish an online banking account, you can download the PCNB Mobile App from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play store and enter your online banking credentials to access online banking in the most mobile-friendly format. In your mobile app you are able to:

• Enable two factor authentication- a passcode, FaceID* or TouchID* (*for enabled devices) to ensure the most secure connection possible
• View account balances and transaction history
• Transfer money between PCNB accounts
• Perform Bill Pay transactions to existing payees (if you need to set up a new payee, it must be done through a website browser)
• Report your debit card as lost/ stolen to immediately stop access to the card
• Customize your dashboard to prioritize what you actually need

 

*Both the Mobile App and online Bill Pay require access to online banking first. Once you have submitted the application for Online Banking, you can set up the Bill Pay feature and download the mobile app to access your online banking.
